Is a direct sale possible?

Direct sales take place exclusively through specialist retailers and are not possible with us. You are welcome to contact your local dealer with your questions and orders, who will certainly be able to help you with ordering individual parts.

What is the delivery time for BAUFORMAT?

The delivery time varies and depends entirely on the time the order is received. It is best to speak to your retailer directly about the delivery date: they will usually be able to tell you when the ordered goods will arrive.

Where can I find a price quote?

If you have questions about pricing, please contact your dealer. Feel free to contact him.

Where can I get help with planning or designing my kitchen?

Questions about our kitchens

How do I clean my kitchen?

Easy to care for – this is the best way to describe the high-quality surfaces of our kitchens. To ensure that you can enjoy your kitchen for as long as possible, you should only use mild, water-soluble household cleaners. You can find out what these are in the corresponding care instructions that are included with all kitchens and that you can also request from your specialist retailer. Under no circumstances should you use caustic liquid cleaners or abrasive cleaning agents for surface cleaning. The same applies to polishes, waxes and solvents. What worktop thicknesses does BAUFORMAT have in its range?

We offer our worktops in different thicknesses: 12, 25 and 39 mm. While we enable the 25 and 39 mm thick worktops in all decors, the 12 mm thick versions have a special range of decors.

How strong are the pull-outs and drawers?

Our products stand for high durability and resilience. The load capacity of the pull-outs is a maximum of 30 kg – and from cabinet width of 800 mm even a maximum of 65 kg. The maximum load capacity of the drawers is 30 kg.

How strong are the hanging cabinets?

The wall cabinets also impress with their high load-bearing capacity and can withstand 60 kg per square meter of horizontal storage space.

What body depths are offered as standard?

We can offer you all base cabinets with carcass depths of 335, 555 and 705 mm.

Which cabinet heights are offered as standard?

Base cabinets are always available in body heights of 715 and 780 mm. We also manufacture side cabinets and equipment cabinets in heights of 1040, 1495, 1625, 1950, 2015, 2080, 2145, 2210 and 2275 mm. For the wall cabinets, we provide the body heights 390, 650, 780, 910 and 1235 as standard.

How are the wall units opened in a handleless kitchen?

We offer you a wide range of opening options. If you wish, we can equip the wall units with a bottom grip strip, i.e. a recess in the underside to reach behind the front. There are also options to open the wall cabinets by pressing the front (push-to-open) or by an electric motorized drive.

Can I also get the color specification in the RAL shade?

The colours of BAUFORMAT are not based on RAL colours or similar colour standards. If you have any questions, please contact the paint retailer so that you can have a colour match made to a sample.

Questions about the guarantee and complaints

Do I contact BAUFORMAT directly with questions about complaints/warranty service?

You will find all information about your complaint and guarantee services in the contract agreed with your specialist dealer. That means: As a contractual partner, your specialist dealer is also the right contact person for possible complaints of any kind.

My electrical device is malfunctioning. Whom can I contact?

In this case, we ask you to contact the customer service of the device manufacturer directly. The corresponding contact details can be found on the guarantee card.
